I-TEACH - Heart

I-TEACH - Heart is a pilot project to study the impact of internet-based education and health management on people living with heart failure. The project is funded by a Heart & Stroke Foundation grant.

Participants will have access to a secure portal that provides a range of tools to facilitate learning, self-management, and peer support.

The evaluation of the I-TEACH - Heart project is being led by Dr. Femida Gwadry-Sridhar of the Lawson Health Research Institute and I-THINK Research.
